Unspoken Emotions

When faced with adversity, we tend to repress our emotions to the public to avoid an uncomfortable situation or unwanted attention. However, emotions are ever-present in our lives, and many of us fall into traps that make our relationship with our emotions unstable. The naked pain we all experience is defined by our unspoken emotions. These are the emotions we bottle up inside and only expose behind closed doors. A pain that feels like a mirror shattered into a thousand pieces, cutting deep and leaving scars.
